om-standup.md

Run the morning standup.

**Start from the SessionStart injection — do NOT re-read what it already carries.** The hook has already injected: the North Star excerpt, active work, recent git changes, open tasks, hygiene flags (incl. open loops), and the file listing. Re-reading `Home.md`, `brain/North Star.md`, or re-running `git log` doubles the token cost for zero new information.

Gather only what the injection does NOT have:

1. Read yesterday's and today's daily notes if they exist: `obsidian daily:read`
2. List Obsidian-tracked tasks: `obsidian tasks daily todo` (the injected Open Tasks section covers checkbox tasks in active notes and the vault root — this adds daily-note tasks)
3. Read `work/Index.md` ONLY if the injected active-work list needs status detail the summary will actually use
4. Check for unprocessed inbox items (`work/meetings/` raw exports — the hygiene flags name them when they age)

Present a structured standup summary:
- **Yesterday**: What got done (from the injected Recent Changes + daily note)
- **Active Work**: Current projects in work/active/ with their status
- **Open Tasks**: Pending items
- **Open Loops**: stale follow-ups from the injected hygiene flags — anything to chase today?
- **North Star Alignment**: How active work maps to current goals
- **Suggested Focus**: What to prioritize today based on goals + open items — act on injected hygiene flags here

Keep it concise. This is a quick orientation, not a deep dive.
brag-spotterSubagent

Proactively scans for achievements and wins that aren't in the brag doc yet. Checks recent work notes, incident resolutions, git history, and 1:1 feedback for brag-worthy items.

context-loaderSubagent

Load all vault context about a specific topic — person, project, incident, team, or concept. Gathers notes, backlinks, mentions, timeline, and produces a synthesized briefing.

correction-sweepSubagent

Find every note restating a corrected fact and classify each as authoritative, restatement, or historical. Discovery and judgement only — never edits. Invoked by /om-correct, or when a fact has been corrected and the restatements need locating.

cross-linkerSubagent

Scan recent or specified notes for missing wikilinks. Finds mentions of people, projects, teams, competencies, and incidents that should be linked but aren't. Suggests missing bidirectional links for user approval.

defuddleSkill

Extract clean markdown content from web pages using Defuddle CLI, removing clutter and navigation to save tokens. Use instead of WebFetch when the user provides a URL to read or analyze, for online documentation, articles, blog posts, or any standard web page. Do NOT use for URLs ending in .md — those are already markdown, use WebFetch directly.

excalidraw-diagramSkill

Generate Excalidraw diagrams from text content. Supports three output modes - Obsidian (.md), Standard (.excalidraw), and Animated (.excalidraw with animation order). Triggers on "Excalidraw", "diagram", "standard excalidraw", "animate".

json-canvasSkill

Create and edit JSON Canvas files (.canvas) with nodes, edges, groups, and connections. Use when working with .canvas files, creating visual canvases, mind maps, flowcharts, or when the user mentions Canvas files in Obsidian.

mermaid-visualizerSkill

Transform text content into professional Mermaid diagrams for presentations and documentation. Use when users ask to visualize concepts, create flowcharts, or make diagrams from text. Supports process flows, system architectures, comparisons, mindmaps, and more with built-in syntax error prevention.
