ComfyUI LLM Party is a custom node collection for ComfyUI that embeds LLM-driven agent workflows directly into the node-based image generation interface. It supports Claude and dozens of other models through OpenAI-compatible API endpoints, as well as local inference via Ollama, GGUF, and Hugging Face model IDs. The toolkit covers multi-tool calling, role-based agent configuration, word-vector RAG and GraphRAG for knowledge base management, radial and ring-style multi-agent pipelines, GOT-OCR2.0 for optical character recognition, GPT-SoVITS and ChatTTS for text-to-speech, and FLUX prompt generation nodes. Social platform connectors let workflows post to QQ, Feishu, and Discord directly. A notable detail is the built-in MCP server support, which allows these workflows to act as MCP-compatible tool providers. The project targets image generation artists who want LLM reasoning inside their existing ComfyUI pipelines, researchers tuning model parameters, and developers building production agents that combine language models with diffusion-based image generation.
