# UNLAV Data Tools MCP

Connection metadata for two hosted MCP services. Both use Streamable HTTP, offer free fixed examples, and charge **0.05 USDC on Base per successful report** through x402 v2. No account is required.

## Try it without paying

Connect either endpoint using a Streamable HTTP MCP client. Call `ping`, `service_info`, or `demo` with `{}`. The demo uses synthetic input, runs the actual deterministic engine, and is free. Free tools work in ordinary MCP clients; paid tools require x402 payment support.

Use the complete example returned by `service_info` as the paid tool arguments. A valid unpaid call returns an x402 payment requirement. Verify the requested network, asset, amount and recipient before authorizing payment. A manual transfer alone does not unlock a report.

REST is also available: append `/run` to either MCP URL and POST the same JSON input. Append `/openapi.json` for the input schema or `/demo` for the free example.

## What each service does

CSV Reconcile compares two CSV exports by one to four shared key columns. It reports changed values, rows found only on one side, and ambiguous duplicate or missing keys. Values are case-sensitive exact strings. It never edits either file. Limits per file: 1 MiB UTF-8, 5,000 data rows, 64 columns, 131,072 characters per cell, 20,000 parsed records including blanks. Detail lists stop at 2,000 discrepancies; counts cover all accepted rows.

Supplier Quote Compare ranks suppliers for the same complete order. It uses exact integer arithmetic for two-decimal prices and adds the stated shipping once. Missing required SKUs exclude a quote from ranking; equal totals share rank. Limits: 20 suppliers, 200 required SKUs, one currency. It does not infer taxes or FX, verify availability, recommend suppliers, or place orders.

## Payment and privacy

Price: 0.05 USDC on Base (`eip155:8453`), per successful report. The x402 service returns the exact canonical USDC asset and recipient in its payment requirements. Settlement is handled through PayAI; this metadata repository contains no wallet or signing secrets.

Inputs and reports are processed in memory and not saved in application receipt logs. Requests traverse Cloudflare and the hosting service. Submit only data you are authorized to share. The service records payment transaction references separately; deployment tests and synthetic examples are not customers or revenue.

These are newly launched services. Public MCP/REST discovery, synthetic outputs and unpaid payment challenges have been verified. A real paid settlement was not performed during launch testing.
