This repository provides a five-stage structured prompt workflow for taking a software idea from initial research to a shipped MVP, designed primarily for use with Claude Code but compatible with any LLM-based coding environment. The process moves through distinct phases: a deep research prompt in `part1-deepresearch.md` that interrogates market viability, followed by a Product Requirements Document generator, a technical design template, and finally an `AGENTS.md` file that gives Claude Code and similar AI coding agents the clean context they need to execute the build. The `.claude/` directory contains built-in Claude Code skills that integrate directly into that environment. Notably, the workflow has already been used to ship four real projects including a React Native mobile app and a 3D money visualization site. The repository targets non-technical founders, indie developers, and beginners who want a repeatable, document-driven process for handing well-scoped context to AI coding tools rather than building ad hoc.
