Prerequisites: GitHub org member with permission to publish under [`Trusgent`](https://github.com/Trusgent) (`io.github.Trusgent/*`).

**Recommended:** GitHub Actions OIDC from this repo (Actions → **Publish to MCP Registry** → Run workflow). Local `mcp-publisher login github` may only grant `io.github.peteyhuang/*` unless the OAuth token includes org Owner scope.
