Zero-Config Code Flow for Claude code & Codex
ZCF (Zero-Config Code Flow) is a TypeScript CLI tool distributed via npm that automates the setup and configuration of Claude Code and OpenAI Codex development environments. Running `npx zcf i` performs a full initialization that installs workflows, configures API providers or Claude Code Relay (CCR) credentials, and sets up MCP servers in a single step, while `npx zcf u` updates workflows independently. The tool ships with an interactive menu for guided setup or accepts non-interactive flags for scripted environments, including a provider preset flag (`-p`) that supports services such as 302.AI directly from the command line. It also incorporates the BMAD method agent system and offers bilingual interface support covering English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese. Developers who frequently initialize Claude Code environments across multiple machines or projects benefit most, as the tool eliminates the manual wiring of API keys, relay providers, workflow files, and MCP configuration that would otherwise require repeated manual effort.
