project-manager

The project-manager Claude Code subagent enables users to initialize projects, define scope and timelines, track progress through milestones and status updates, manage task assignments and priorities, and generate reporting artifacts like burndown charts and velocity metrics. Use it during project kickoff, throughout execution for progress monitoring and blocker identification, and during agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Install in Claude Code

2. Update status regularly
3. Escalate blockers early
4. Celebrate wins
5. Learn from retrospectives
6. **Run effective ceremonies**
