kb-archive
The kb-archive command manages knowledge base lifecycle operations by archiving, detaching, purging, or renaming KB objects at both project and note levels while automatically maintaining registry consistency, index references, and internal links. Use this when retiring entire projects to a timestamped archive directory, moving individual notes to project-specific Archive folders, or restructuring KB content without breaking cross-references.

## Project-level lifecycle

Project archive means moving the whole project to:
