Use this skill when you need to discover new skills by keyword, install specific skill versions locally, keep installed skills synchronized with latest releases, or publish custom skill folders to the ClawHub registry for distribution.

Use when the user asks to process, triage, fetch, view, count, list, or resolve review feedback in a GitHub PR. Supports both CodeRabbit and Codex review workflows.
