reload
The reload skill diagnoses and optimizes the current Cozempic session, then spawns an auto-resume watcher that automatically opens a new terminal window after exit. Use this when you need to clean up and persist session state while maintaining continuity across terminal instances.

Treat the session and spawn an auto-resume watcher that opens a new terminal after you exit. ## Steps 1. **Diagnose first**: ```bash cozempic current --diagnose ``` 2. **Dry-run**: ```bash cozempic treat current -rx $ARGUMENTS ``` If no argument was provided, use `standard`: ```bash cozempic treat current -rx standard ``` 3. **Show results** including token savings. Ask confirmation. 4. **Apply reload** (treats + saves + spawns watcher in one shot): ```bash cozempic reload -rx $ARGUMENTS ``` **Do NOT run `cozempic treat --execute` before `cozempic reload`** — reload already treats internally. Running both would double-treat. 5. **Tell the user**: "Treatment applied. Type `/exit` — a new Terminal window will open automatically with the pruned session."
Diagnose and prune bloated Claude Code context. Run to slim down the current session before compacting or resuming.
Run health checks on Claude Code configuration and sessions. Use when troubleshooting Claude Code issues. (cozempic — does not shadow Claude Code's built-in /doctor)
Analyze Claude Code session bloat — shows token count, context usage %, and bloat breakdown. Use when the user asks about session size, context usage, or when you notice the context window is getting full.
