mindforge-pause-work

The mindforge-pause-work skill creates a `.continue-here.md` handoff file that captures complete work state when pausing mid-phase, including current position, completed tasks, remaining work, decisions, and blockers. Use this when stopping work to ensure seamless resumption in future sessions without losing context or progress tracking.
