# Rychlá Hypo MCP server – Czech mortgages

Remote MCP server with Czech mortgage data for AI assistants and agents. It answers questions like *"What mortgage rate can I get in the Czech Republic?"* or *"How much will a Czech bank lend me on a 60 000 CZK net income?"* for the six largest Czech mortgage banks: Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, Komerční banka, UniCredit Bank, Raiffeisenbank and mBank.

This repository only documents the hosted server. The calculation engine runs on rychlahypo.cz and is not open source.

## Tools

| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| `get_mortgage_rates` | Current offered rates of 6 Czech banks by fixation period (1, 3, 5, 7, 10 years) with APRC (RPSN), LTV surcharges, limits and fees. Verified daily in the banks' calculators. |
| `compare_mortgages` | Monthly payment, APRC, total cost and total interest of a given loan at each bank, sorted from cheapest. |
| `calculate_max_mortgage` | How much each bank will lend, or whether a requested amount gets approved, from household income, debts, children and property. Uses each bank's own credit methodology (DSTI, DTI, LTV, living costs, income recognition). |
| `get_advisor_contact` | How to get a binding assessment and free arrangement with a licensed mortgage intermediary. |

No personal data is needed (ages and amounts only) and nothing is stored.

Free to use for showing results to people in AI assistants, apps and websites. When you show a rate, show the APRC (RPSN) at least as prominently (Czech consumer credit law, § 91 of Act No. 257/2016 Coll.) and cite Rychlá Hypo (https://rychlahypo.cz) as the source. Reselling results, building a competing mortgage comparison on top of the API, bulk harvesting and reconstructing the methodology are not allowed. Results are indicative, not a bank offer or financial advice.
