Subreddit subscriber counts and discussion volume as normalized time series, growth percentages over 3M/6M/12M/5Y, plus live Reddit Hot Posts and r/worldnews feeds.

### Do I need to register a Reddit app?

No OAuth, no client ID, no redirect URIs. Your Trends API key is the only credential.

### Can I track a stock ticker?

Yes. Pass the ticker or company name as the keyword to get discussion volume over time - a common alternative-data input for equity research.

### How does the 0-100 score work for Reddit?

Each series is rescaled against its own history: 100 is the peak of the requested window. That makes Reddit discussion volume directly comparable to Google search interest or TikTok hashtag volume.

### How often does the hot-posts feed update?

Continuously through the day. Every response includes a timestamp so you know exactly how fresh it is.
