## The eight tools

| `compare_players` | Compare 2–4 players side by side with a pick recommendation and the best market value. |
| `sleepers_and_busts` | The biggest gaps between our model and consensus ADP — sleepers to target, busts to avoid. |
| `adp_market_gaps` | Where platform ADP disagrees with our projection the most — the players the room is systematically mispricing on your specific platform. |
| `who_do_i_draft` | Your roster + pick number → the single best pick, weighing positional need against value. |

Platform presets for Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, NFL.com, CBS, Underdog and more set scoring, league
size and roster targets for you. Standard, half-PPR and full-PPR all supported. Bye-week stacking
is flagged, and best-ball leagues get a ceiling-weighted tiebreak.

## Three rungs, and nothing here is a paywall

Every tool answers with **no key at all**. A cap is always a successful response with real data
plus a link — never an error.

Same free key, same depth limits, same projections either way. The full server is a strict
superset — nothing is fantasy-only-exclusive. Pick this one if you want a tidy tool list in your

## The model, honestly

Every number comes from a market-blended, calibrated 2026 season projection model, backtested
over six seasons against consensus ADP.

The board leads with a **projection-plus-ADP blend**, not a raw model — because the raw model
loses to consensus ADP at every position. So the value here is where the model **disagrees** with
the market (the SLEEPER / BUST flag), not a claim that we are simply right. `CONFIRMED-SLEEPER`
means our model and an independent projection consensus both flag it — a higher-conviction call.

Built on public play-by-play and consensus ADP. Not affiliated with the NFL or any fantasy
platform. Projections are model estimates, not guarantees.

## Safe to connect

- **Read-only.** The tools never make a pick, move money, or write anything. Every tool is
  annotated `readOnlyHint: true`.
- **Your roster is not stored.** The roster and drafted lists you pass are used to answer the
  call and discarded — they are never logged. We do record the recommendations *we* make
  (the player, and the ADP it was made against) so the calls can be graded against the season.
- **No account needed.** Rate limited per IP.
- **DNS-verified** on the official MCP registry under `com.predictionmarketspicks`.
